Chef Dan Palmer, with a history of fine hotel affiliations, including The Equinox, in Manchester Vermont, and The Saratoga Hotel, and his staff devote their time and efforts to creating menus featuring the best-quality seasonal ingredient , imaginative preparations and eye- pleasing presentations.
